Our Fighting Fit class came about when we realised there were many people who want to get fit and gain the benefits of training in a dynamic martial art, but may not want to do any sparring or involve themselves with the traditional art and grading program.

So what we have is all the hard work, skill training and fun of a Taekwon-do sparring class, without the competitive sparring element.

Both Instructors here have represented Ireland in European and World championships, and have trained children, physically disabled children, unfit adults and world class athletes.

Whatever your fitness level, and particularly if it's not what you would like it to be, come down for an interesting and fun work out.

The Fighting Fit class includes:

  • Offensive and defensive footwork
  • Punching and kicking combinations
  • Power Punching on the heavy bags
  • Power Kicking on the air-shields and Heavy bag
  • Hand and foot drills on the mitts
  • Plenty of cardio work
  • Core strength and Stamina exercises
  • Static and dynamic stretching for flexibility
  • Balance and coordination exercises
