We'll be closed on Monday for the Bank Holiday, much to everybody's relief I suspect as it's much better to take a day off without having to feel guilty about it.
I have taken the Extreme TKD sessions off the timetable as they were being used as Open Mat sessions anyway. So now Tuesdays are identical to Thursdays and so are very good days to come in and do your own thing as the open mat session is over two hours long.

I'll be trudging the lonely streets of old dublin town this weekend, sticking flyers through letterboxes and getting heckled by irate home owners. But on the upside the gym will be open from before 5pm on Monday with the full timetable going into effect.
Also, we'll be implementing a second monthly payment term from the 15th of every month. So there will be an option to pay from the middle of each month to the middle of the next month. Handy if you miss the the first week or two of the month but still want the monthly discount.
